Sword Song (The Last Kingdom Series, Book 4): ~ Sword song was the last captivating book as yet in the series, but still leaves one wishing for the next book which I shall read. The books for me at least strike the right balance for historical fiction; between the character building and setting-giving realistic historical surroundings that keep me coming back for more.
